I stay. You keep someone who knows your business

Most of my best client relationships start with a build and keep going. You get a site, and then you keep someone who actually understands it. When your services change, I update the copy. When your industry shifts, I update the messaging. When something breaks at 11pm, I fix it.

Pick the level that matches how much changes

This is also how I pay my mortgage, which means I have a built-in reason to keep earning it every month. If I stop being useful, you stop paying. That keeps both of us honest.

What’s included at every level

Bug fixes and broken stuff. Something breaks, I fix it. No ticket queue, no waiting for a sprint cycle.

Content updates. Text, images, links. Your services change, the site changes with them.

Website tweaks. Move a section, swap a photo, rewrite a headline. The things that pile up when nobody’s watching.

Regular check-ins. Monthly, biweekly, or weekly depending on your tier. You always know what was done and what’s coming.

AI visibility is already included

When ChatGPT starts recommending local contractors in your area, the companies that have been maintaining good, current content will be the ones in the mix. This isn’t a prediction. It’s already happening.

Every maintenance tier includes AI visibility fundamentals at no extra charge. When I update your content, I format it so AI tools can find and recommend you. Direct-answer formatting, structured data, keeping your stats current so AI doesn’t cite outdated numbers.

Want to go aggressive? Enhanced AI visibility packages are available as add-ons, from competitive monitoring and question research ($400/mo) to full platform strategy with original content creation ($1,000–$1,200/mo). Most clients start with the built-in fundamentals and upgrade when they see the results.

Month-to-month. Cancel anytime

No long-term contracts. 30 days notice to cancel. Payment at the start of each month. No minimum commitment required, though most clients find the relationship works best after at least three months.

Anything estimated over two hours gets quoted separately. You’ll know before I start. New pages, new sections, new integrations, anything requiring design decisions: those are projects, not maintenance.

The Active tier scales. $2,000 is the floor. If you consistently need more, we adjust the base or add overage at $100/hour.

Book a 30-minute call → Let’s figure out which tier fits.
Need the site first? → The Build. $12,000, six weeks, then maintenance.
Just need the messaging? → The Sprint. $5,000, 30 days.
