Everything you need, built and launched

Everything in the Sprint, plus the site. Architecture, design, development, launch. Six weeks from first conversation to live URL. One person does all of it.

Messaging and the site to carry it

The full messaging Sprint. Interview, research, messaging framework, homepage copy, three-sentence pitch, GMB copy, estimate sheet language. Same deliverables, same process.

Site architecture. Page structure, navigation, content hierarchy. Designed around how your buyers actually make decisions, not a template’s assumptions.

Visual design. The design reflects who your customers are and what matters to them. I’ve been doing this for nearly three decades. The work looks like it.

Development and launch. Built, tested, deployed. You get a site that works, not a design file you need to figure out how to build.

One round of revisions after launch. Every engagement includes time after launch for the inevitable small adjustments that happen when something goes live.

How the Build works

01

Week 1: Interview and research

Same as the Sprint. I do my homework first, then we talk for an hour. By the end of week one, I know what makes you different and what your site needs to say.

02

Week 2: Messaging framework and copy

The messaging framework comes first. Copy second. In that order, because the order matters. You see the framework and the copy before any design starts.

03

Weeks 3–4: Design and build

Architecture, visual design, development. No junior person briefed from notes. No account manager between you and the thinking. I do the work.

04

Week 5: Review

You see the site. We make adjustments. One focused round of revisions, not an open-ended back-and-forth.

05

Week 6: Launch

Live. Working. Yours.

I don’t disappear after launch

Some people want to keep the momentum going. Some want to take it from here. Either way, I don’t vanish after the check clears.

If you want to keep working together, there’s a maintenance retainer: content updates, design tweaks, performance monitoring, and the option to push into AI search visibility. Same person, same standards, same relationship. $750–$2,000/month depending on what you need.

If you’d rather hand it off to your internal team, I make that easy too. Clean documentation, a walkthrough of everything I built, and a handoff that doesn’t leave your team guessing. No lock-in. No passive-aggressive emails about how you’re “leaving value on the table.”

The design comes from your business, not a template

The design reflects who your customers are and what matters to them. A metal stamping company’s site should look different from a roofing contractor’s. Both should look like someone who knows what they’re doing built them.

I don’t hand you a Squarespace theme and call it custom. The foundation should disappear behind your content. What a buyer sees is your company, not a layout they’ve seen on four other sites.

The research shows that 83% of manufacturer websites have zero positioning signals. The design of your site is one of those signals. A site that looks like it was built by someone who took the work seriously tells a buyer something before they read a single word.
